Wassatch Tournament: Layton Strikers 2011

Finalists at the Wassatch Soccer Tournament May 2011: We ended up taking 2nd place in the tournament! Not too bad! :0) The fields were very muddy! Check out how filthy the goalie is from diving in the mud.

Heritage Park

Lex recently went on a field trip to This Is The Place Heritage Park and Monument with his 4th grade class. Here are his thoughts on that trip:

"Mom, do you think that the Mormons really meant to travel to California? Do you think that Brigham Young had to take a pee break and said, 'Hold on folks, This is the Place' and that's how the Mormons got stuck here?"
